Often I find myself sitting in the morning sunshine watching the clouds fly buy in the faster winds. Some days I’m lucky and there’s a slow breeze which lets me relax a bit more. The different shades of blue and gray, the endless variations in shape, and the constant flowing of both seems to have kept mankind captivated for centuries.

This week I wanted to take you on an approximate journey of the clouds from the studio window. If you’ve got any clouds handy then be sure the break them out when listening but even something as simple as watching a candle flame with do the job with this Crystal Dream. Sit comfortably and take a short break from the choas of the outside world.

Wow! Four episodes in and we’re still going strong!!! Thank you to everyone for listening and an especially big thank you to everyone who has encouraged me to continue. Of course I’d love to hear from everyone listening so if I’ve got a moment please do drop me a line. If Facebook is more your thing then you can also find my official page here http://www.facebook.com/pages/Joel-Sutton/49084847205.

This episode I’ve gone back to some more traditional instrument sounds which typically get used in the New Age genre of music. As I work more and more on my new album I find my mind returning to these instruments which, originally, inspired me to explore this ambient/relaxation style. Regardless of labels I’m hoping that this week’s podcast will give you a short breather from the hustle and bustle of these busy lives we lead. Perhaps you’re kicking back in your favourite chair with the lights dimmed, or maybe you’ve just got this track playing in the background while you read a book. Whatever your listening situation I hope you enjoy it.

Take care and be well & happy.

This week I’ve got another relaxing podcast for you so clear off your favorite chair, put the kettle on, and get ready to dim the lights cause it’s ready to download. Some technical problems with the podcast hosting have prevented me getting this to you earlier so I’m looking at alternatives to ensure the episodes keep flowing. My apologies if I’ve kept you waiting.

Meditators may find this episode particularly useful for practicing present moment awareness as the soundscapes are quiet active. Always remember that there is no such thing as a bad meditation.

Thanks to everyone for all the comments on Episode #1. It’s great to hear from you. I hope you all enjoy this episode just as much. Take care and be well & happy.
